1. Content you upload
You keep ownership of the food photos and example data you upload. You grant Tweedhill a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store and use that content solely to generate your coaching results and to operate, secure and improve the service. Uploaded photos and example data are cleared by default within 30 days, and sooner on request. We do not use your uploads to train AI models.
2. Content generated for you
Subject to your plan being in good standing, Tweedhill grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the coached plans, visual packs, technique reels and Recipe Cards generated for you for your own personal or internal business cooking purposes, including personal social sharing.
3. Limits on use
- Do not resell or redistribute the generated content as a standalone product or as a competing coaching service.
- Do not present generated content as certified professional food-safety, medical or nutrition advice.
- Do not remove notices or imply Tweedhill endorses a specific supplier, product or brand.
- Organisations wanting broader licensing (for courses or published content) should use our kitchen-team licensing route.
4. Our materials
The Tweedhill name, site design, photography commissioned for the service and underlying software remain owned by TWEEDHILL LIMITED or our licensors, and are not transferred by this licence.
5. AI-generated nature
Generated content is produced by AI and may contain errors; it is provided under the AI Disclaimer. You are responsible for reviewing content before you use or publish it.
